Domaine Rougeot 'La Monatine' Bourgogne Cote d'Or, 2023 manseng topped with sauerkraut and mustard100% Chardonnay, just outside of Meursault. The organic grapes are sourced from 60 year old vines from a small vineyard plot facing south southeast. Hand harvested and direct pressed into barrel where indigenous yeast fermentation and malolactic conversion take place. The wine ages for 11 18 months in used oak barrels before bottling. The richness and palpability of Meursault comes through in this bottling, with faint but sharp citrus and orchard
