Constructed of aluminum, the consisting of a double sided German national eagle eagle perched on top of an HJ insignia, in turn emanates from a step with a threaded interior for attachment to a fender pennant pole on an HJ service vehicle staff car, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M3 63 for an unidentified manufacturer with the correct designation for flag pole finials (among other emblems),
