This is a very interesting artillery round which we cannot positively identify. It appears German from the World War II era, but the head does not appear to be original to it. The round itself has a smaller base which may suggest it originally had a wooden sabot on the end. We could not get the round to fully unscrew from the base. The entire set measures 18 tall, while the round itself is 16 tall. Like all
