Constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of an anchor topped by a steering stick and overlaid by a wheel, affixed with all five reverse attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a dark green wool liner, unmarked, the insignia measuring 30 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the wool, a scarce and uniform removed example in extremely fine condition.
